When recruitment and employment at a record high, The one who hires are having to work harder than ever before to attract and retain on to the best people. There are many reasons why your employees may decide to quit their job role and look for graze new: a shorter commute, a bigger salary, more malleable and flexible working arrangements. But perhaps one of the biggest causes of staff dissatisfaction is quite simply, boredom.


Everyone of us has been there. The job role where you've been doing the same thing for so long that you're just commonly and simply going through the daily motions, one eye always on the clock. YES!
