Responsibilities
Project Review Meetings - Conducting regular review meetings with the client and team on the progress of the projects and identifying bottlenecks on project completion. Project Documentation - Creating documents like BRS, SRS, Gap Analysis, Implementation Plan, Installation Guidelines, Project Call Sheets etc. and taking Sign off from the clients on these documents. Project Business Analysis - This includes client's business requirement study and discussing the project implementation methodologies - Mapping client requirements in the existing product and come out with GAP analysis. Communicating gaps to the development team and proposing workaround if any to the clients. - Working with executives to create a plan of execution and suggesting an implementation process that meets the required completion time frame within budget. Project Execution - To execute all activities for the deployment of the product. This includes mapping of the business requirements into the software. Setting up and Configuring the business policies, Process Mapping and ensuring timely delivery of the processes. - Identifying potential problems and presenting desirable solutions to ensure smooth implementation. Conducting UAT and GO Live Preparing UAT document and helping clients in conducting UAT. Ensuring clients go live smoothly on time as per the implementation plan Client Management - Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management. - Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. - Managing client expectations effectively. Enhance client relationships through excellent service, follow-up and successful project completion. Project Billing - Billing to the clients through onsite implementation and training. - Billing to the clients through online customer support - Encouraging clients to buy more modules which were not sold by the sales team - By implementing modules which were purchased earlier but not taken live.
