Moved to Visual Basic 6 client-server platform for stability. The database was MS Access & MS SQL.

Experimented with the ASP platform as prospects had started asking for a fully browser-based product and then moved to VB.Net platform to get a compiled code.   The database was MS SQL & Oracle
2007
Launched India's 1st cloud-based HR & Payroll software.  Created a page on our website called "Why HRMantra" citing 25 USPs

Launched the world's 1st HR mobile App

Created an inbuilt report designer

Moved to ASP.Net technologies with database on MS SQL

All our employees are able to very easily pick up the product to do their ESS & MSS. It is an ideal software where investment in training new employees need to be kept to a minimum

  • Our factory is in a very remote location, and so we were initially skeptical whether HRMantra could understand our peculiar industry policies as also serve us properly, but they soon proved us wrong. In spite of global turmoil in the IT industry after the covid pandemic and crazy attritions world over, the HRMantra team has kept on delighting us with their good support

  • A lot of our staff are semi skilled and yet we wanted our HR operations to be paperless. Training new recruits is also a tension but HRMantra has solved all these and many more problems.
