Particularly in the Human resource management system (HRIS), the leave module is considered the most important module when any organization plans to install it. Depending upon the policies there are different leave structures of different organizations. Some commonly known leaves also known as paid leaves are Sick leaves, General leave, etc. So with the help of software an individual can apply for the leave at any point in time by simply logging into the account, and directly go for the approval to the HOD. After receiving the application the HOD can approve or reject the application and the intimation again goes to the applicant through which he can check the status on the leave applied. The best part of the software is the sections of leaves along with the days entitled is displayed through which both the parties can see the number of leaves balance and if the days exceed the system automatically indicates the failure stating that there is no more balance left is entitled.
