Every Organization whether large or small emphasis the employees working with dedication in order to attain organizational goals. so the HR is one who is responsible to make policies & regulation and keep on upgrading as per the latest trends or at times by government statutory regulations. A company is more likely to work efficiently when its employees feel that the company does think about them and has to create an environment where the employee’s attrition would be less.
As every department aims at delivering their work on time the manager makes sure that there are not many things that restrict the employee to work at their highest potential if there is something that bothers the employees the managers can solve by talking to them and trying to know the concern and can try all possible to combat it. hence it is known that the HR is responsible for recruiting the new staff for the vacant position irrespective of the department and there should be a proper discussion with the managers on the required skills, on remuneration, etc, another way by which the HR can be a great help to managers is by giving proper induction of new employees by making them aware about their roles and helps them to adjust them in organizational environment.and to keep them engaged and motivated in the working environment.so by these ways the HR can play an important role for all the managers in the organizations.
