Yes, HRMantra is a privately owned company. It was founded by Pankaj Bhargav in 1996 and owns it. Being a private company means that HRMantra is not publicly traded on stock exchanges, and the ownership of the company is not available to the general public. We are proudly self funded and profit making from day 1.

Mr. Pankaj Bhargav is the founder & CEO of the HRMantra software Pvt Ltd. Right from 1999 he has single-mindedly focused on creating a world beating HR software from India. He leads the sales & marketing departments from the front. Mr. Ashok Gohil, our COO is the chief designer of the HRMantra software and leads the development team. He joined the company in 2001 and is the backbone of the HRMantra product. Mr. Surendra Maurya, our CTO is a technical wizard. He is great in R & D and created so many unique features including the report designer in the HRMantra software. He is with the company since 2002. Mr. Anand Vishwakarma, our GM is an all-rounder and the force behind the indepth features of the HRMantra since 2002. His knowledge of the attendance, leave, claims, travel, payroll & statutory modules is unparallel. Our pricing is based on the number of active employees of our clients as also on the number of modules opted. Minimum number of licenses to be purchased are 200. The pricing for the cloud & the on-premise solution are same but we highly recommend the cloud model as our VMs are hosted in the highest secure Azure datacenters of Microsoft and since we are GDPR, SOC 2 & ISO 27001 compliant, your personal data is best protected with us. Out of the 11 modules, the 3 modules - Core, HRIS & the Assets are foundational mandatory ones on which all other modules (Recruiting, Attendance, Projects, Leave, Travel, Payroll, PMS & LMS) are dependent. Minimum 5 modules need to be opted for.
